The 35th International Symposium on Free Radicals will be held in the Hangzhou International Conference Center (HICC), which is located on the riverside of Qiantang River. This is a conference center combined with a five star hotel. The golden ball appearance is now a landmark by Qiantang River. Its Shanghai Conference Hall, with a capacity of 200 seats, is a satisfactory venue for conferences. The conference site is only 5 km away from the West Lake.

From Hangzhou Airport
Hongzhou can be easily accessed by air from all major cities in the world directly or via many airports in China, Japan and Korea. We recommend all international participants to fly to Hangzhou if possible. We will pick you up at the airport if you let us know your flight information in advance. You can also take a taxi directly to the conference venue or your hotel from the Hangzhou Airport. In case if you have to fly to Shanghai Pudong Airport, please contact us, we will provide information how to get to Hangzhou. Even the train ride is relatively short, it needs more than three hours at least to get to the conference venue from Shanghai. Please see Hangzhou Map.
Train Transportation from Shanghai
Shanghai has daily direct flights to and from all major cities in the world. Hangzhou can be reached by high-speed train or car from Shanghai. If you arrive at the Shanghai Hongqiao Airport, you can take the train directly to Hangzhou within the terminal. However, if you arrive at Shanghai Pudong Airport, you will need to take a Taxi or Subway to the Hongqiao Train Station if you want to take a fast train to Hangzhou.
From Hangzhou East Train Station
Via Subway: Take subway from "Hangzhou East Train Station"（line 4）and get off at "Citizen Center", which is about 6 minutes by walk to the conference venue.
Via Taxi：You can also take a taxi from the train station to the conference venue.
From Mercure Hangzhou Qianjiang hotel to the conference venue, generally it takes less than10 min. by walk.
(1) Subway: Hangzhou Metro Line 4, get on at Yongjiang Road Station (甬江路站), get off at Citizen Center Station (市民中心站), which is the 3rd stop. The nearest exit is Exit C. You can arrive at the conference venue within 25min.
(2) Taxi: Generally, it takes 10min. by taxi. The cost is about 15 Chinese Yuan.
(3) Bus: No. 71 Bus Line also has a stop at Hangzhou Relex hotel, so that it is convenient to take a bus to the conference venue. Please get on at Wangjiang Dong Road Qiangjiang Lukou station (望江东路钱江路口站), get off at Forest Park station (森林公园站), which is the 5th stop. The ticket price is 2 Chinese Yuan. You can arrive at the conference venue within 20-30min.
