Registration Information
Registration can be made by sending your filled registration form(English Version & Chinese Version) to isfr2019@dicp.ac.cn. Registration is also available on the meeting site during the conference opening period. Please visit the Registration Desk after your arrival.
Registration fees
The conference fee covers: book of abstracts; reception on Sunday evening, tea breaks, lunches, dinners (from Monday to Friday Afternoon), conference excursion and banquet.
All students will receive 150 dollar discount in registration fee to encourage student participation.

Abstract Submission
For all invited speakers and all participants who wish to make poster and hot topic presentations at this symposium should submit your abstract with your registration form as soon as possible.
Letter of Invitation
After registration, a letter of invitation will be sent to you together with the confirmation of registration via email. Those who need printed invitation letters for visa applications or other purposes may write to the Conference Secretariat isfr2019@dicp.ac.cn.
Travel Support
Travel support will be provided for members of IAC and invited speakers. Students gives hot topic presentation will also receive special travel support. The amount of the travel support will depend on the funding situation.
Cancellation Policy
Your payment will be full refunded if your cancel your registration before July 31, 2019. A fee of 50 USD will be charged for cancellation of registration after July 31, 2019.
Payment Methods
Oversea participants are requested to pay all fees via Paypal. A 4% fee will be charged during your transfer, this cost will be included in your receipt. Chinese participants can pay their fee by cash or bank transfer. Please include your name in all payment transfers.
